| Compensations |
| Base salary will be determined by the
candidates' length of experience and level of education. In addition
to three major holiday bonuses or employee gifts, incentive rewards
and employee bonuses will be given according to employee performance
and the operating results of the company. |
| Leave Policy |
| First Group adopts two-day weekend system.
Our leave policy follows the Labor Standard Law. In order to
let employees keep work-life balance, we encourage staff to fully
utilize holidays to recharge themselves with healthy activities. |

| All employees are insured with Bureau
of Labor Insurance, National Health Insurance and group insurance. |
| Health Checkups |
| First Group acknowledges the importance
of employee wellbeing and sponsors all workers to receive health
checkups at least once every two years. |

| We create a safe and comfortable work
environment for employees. Each workplace is provided with central-controlled
ventilation, sufficient lighting, tea/coffee supplies, standard
drinking water quality checks, and regular office cleaning. To
prevent any emergency situation, we implement building access
control measures, maintain elevator equipments periodically,
set up emergency evacuation plan and exit routes, install fire
fighting equipments and conduct regular fire drills. |
| Employee Rights |
| At the holding company and each subsidiary,
First Group establishes "Personnel Deliberation Committee" or
"Awards and Punishment Committee" to protect employee
rights. We also lay down sexual harassment policy and its reward/punishment
scheme in order to provide a work environment free from sexual
harassment. |
